These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Luma Finance mobile application and website operated by Luma Global (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
Luma Finance is a personal finance tool designed to help users track expenses and gain insights into their spending.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Account
You may be required to create an account to use certain features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Subscriptions
Some features of Luma Finance require a paid subscription.
– Subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store.
– Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.
– Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
– You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
We do not control billing and do not store your payment information.
4. Free and Premium Features
The app may offer both free and premium features.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time.
5. Data and Content
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the app.
We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on the app’s insights or calculations.
6. Availability
We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Luma Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the app.
Use the app at your own risk.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
